Eliza Polly has spent more than 20 years in Human Resources, with focused expertise in building world class recruiting organizations. After starting her HR career in New York City at an advertising agency and then at a marketing research firm, she moved to Seattle to join Expedia as their #2 HR professional. She helped grow the Microsoft spin-off from 100 to more than 4000 employees during her tenure as Sr HR Director. After that whirlwind experience, Eliza decided her true passion was helping start-ups get their HR and recruiting functions up and running from an early stage. TINYpulse is her 6th such start -up, where she is the Director of Human Resources for about 50 employees. She holds a B.A. in Human Relations from Connecticut College and an M.A. in Labor & Em&loyment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She loves to bake, travel, volunteer and spend every possible minute with her Shiz Tzu, Frankie.
